Conclusion
Now the US government in focusing towards the private sector to help it continue the services which was its monopoly and this is because of the stronger market force and higher costs involved with the government run services. The state being dependent on the tax payer naturally has tax burdens to impose either to continue the service or enhance it, and as in the case of the social security issue this can be terribly high and impractical. Public enterprises have proven to be a better alternative and also contracting out to private enterprise. Both these methods remove the pressures from the fiscal deficit planning and therefore the change is advocated at the earliest.
