The effectiveness of the product lies on its new entry into the modern market. Da Vinci production and use have enlightened the public and hospital fraternities on new approaches of managing surgery operations. The resultant effects that are going to be felt after using the product are more increasing and beneficial than using the old mechanisms. The innate objective of the tool will improve on delivery of surgery services in ways that are more safe, effective, and affordable to the public. Da Vinci was first introduced as a safe way of improving surgery operations in the hospitals. Moreover, the use of the product had not been made public. Now that the machine will be available in many health centres, it is necessary to consider the need to have the product under use within and outside the corporate world (John & Wiklund, 2008).

Da Vinci serves to better delivery of products and services to clients in need of surgery. The Use of the product is sentimental to improvement of health and health services in the market. Key stakeholders should consider using the product because of its benefits that are going to be realized within the business of health delivery (Gura & King, 2007).

In order to ensure an equitable format of developing health faculties within other organizations, stakeholders should engage productive and technological approaches that will serve to make work easier within the organization. With the perception of risks, an organization will be able to employ new mechanisms of production that seek to increase productivity and reduce effects of risks. The risk management department will ensure that equitable measures have been generated in order to pave the way for increased production with the use of Da Vinci. Palms West Hospital has remained to be one of the only hospitals that offer Da Vinci services. Within this hospital, many services are done with rudimentary approaches, most of which are not effective and influential to the general growth and development of health within the region. With the use of Da Vinci, cases involving aging health will be solved amicably. Furthermore, use of Da Vinci provides a palatable avenue that enables many organizations to live within their capacities of growth and development. Many surgeons and nurses will receive immediate assistances when dealing with problems that need surgery like prostate surgery, cardiac surgery, and gynecologic surgery. Use of Da Vinci is effective when dealing with patients who have had the problems for a long period without receiving immediate assistance from the clinicians responsible. The machine is effective, efficient, and affordable to many organizations in the world. When handling health cases, use of Da Vinci reduces chances of infection and contraction of various ailments as done in PWH.
