My name is Meena Saleh Faryadi. I am mother of a wonderful son Masih and wife of nice man Jamil Faryadi. I was born in Kabul, Afghanistan and I grew up there too. I finished my high school in kabul, Afghanistan and I was a freshman at Pharmacy school. What made me to chose this field is that since I was a little when I was sick and took medicine , I was thinking of what is this medicin made of that it makes me feel good. I love the chemistry subject too and when I finished my high school I wanted to go to pharmacy school. I was fresh man at pharmacy school when Taliban came and the door of faculty closed toward women in Afghanistan. As war was in Afghanistan, we moved to Pakistan to live in peaceful environment and to continue my education. But unfortunately I could n?t afford to go to pharmacy school there as we were refugee. But I didn?t lose hope I had taken English and computer courses and kept my self busy with studies. But I always had a hope that one day will come that I could be able to go to university and become pharmacist. Then I got engaged with a guy who lives in Virginia for past 24 years and then I came to USA. Here also I tried my best to achieve my goal and continue my education. I found my husband a good supporter too and he persuades me to go to college to finish my studies . But unfortunately I couldn?t finish it. If there was peace in my country I would have been a pharmacist by now. But no one knows what will happen to him. I suffer a lot and with all difficulty that I had with language, new environment, I could have been able to go to NOVA and finish my undergraduate and ESL classes I tried my best although I am mother of a year old son too and with all difficulties I faced for the past 10 years , finally I am able to apply for the pharmacy school and reach to one of my wishes which I had since I was a little kid.

Coach Carter a Movie Review
PAGES 3 WORDS 900

This assignment is for a Life Coaching Class. I am a female and I plan to open a Counseling and Life Coaching Practice. The review is of the movie "Coach Carter"
The movie review requires you to interact with the content of the movie in a way that allows for an understanding of the impact that movies can have on the coaching process. Please use the following format in completing the movie review. (Three Sections).

(The Review)-give your impression of the movie with only the briefest description of the plot summary. Resist the urge to retail the whole plot of the movie, instead sharing the scenes that had the greatest impact on your thinking or the most potential for use within the coaching relationship. What aspects of the movie should the viewer look for if they haven't seen the movie and what aspects/scenes do you feel warrant further reflection and why?

(Therapeutic Implications)-Having noted the scenes that have value for use in your Life coaching practice, what is the specific value that you see for use in the coaching process? For example, if you observe emotional outbursts, angry tirades, attempts at connection, empathetic listening, etc. point out the scene and the way in which it could be used to enhance your client's understanding of the skill/technique you are attempting to teach. Are you using this scene to make an emotional, cognitive, or spiritual connection? What is your rationale for choosing this scene?

(Personal/Professional Implications) How did you connect with the movie on a personal level? How will you utilize this information personally or professionally to impact your delivery of coaching services. Were there any scenes that you strongly agree/disagree with on a personal level and why?

I am just concluding a 2 year under graduate course on Travel & Tourism. One of the modules is on Personal and Professional Development. I submitted the first part and achieved a Distinction, now the final part is due on Wed and I am running out of time. Need help.

Uploaded is the 'grading criteria' and also my draft of the paper along with my skills audit which contains feedback from tutors. I have struggled to research, evaluate, reference, and write succinctly as it's 27 years since I was at college!

So please help me by providing the following essay:

Write a critical appraisal of your experience of undergoing the process of skills development during a 2 year academic course in Travel & Tourism. This should include judgements on the value of Professional Development, progress against your achievements and how you plan to continue the process particularly any changes you will make in the light of completing this course.

I am a strong advocate of development and although I have made progress and achieved what I set out to do it has been much harder than I anticipated and involved more time than originally planned. I am not going to continue with the next level up! Thanks

Marketing Plan

Develop an 8-10 page marketing plan for a sports enterprise (e.g. professional, school, or community program). You can select a particular "real" enterprise or use a fictitious one. You will take the position of the manager and develop a plan that you will implement through your employees and/or contractors. You will make sure this program is feasible when assessing it from a senior management perspective.

Focus of the Marketing Plan
The plan will address the following:

An overview of internal and external contingencies.

Market Selection decisions including the psychological and sociological factors as influences. This also includes targeting and positioning the product(s).

Planning the Sports Marketing Mix - addressing the promotion mix of advertising, public relations, and sales promotion. It will also address pricing.

Implementation and Control phases will address the implementation of the sports marketing process. Any unique issues should also be addressed in this section.

Writing the Marketing Plan
The Marketing Plan:

Must be eight to ten double-spaced pages in length and formatted according to APA style as outlined in the approved APA style guide.

Must include a cover page that includes:

- Student?s name
- Course name and number
- Title of paper
- Instructor?s name
- Date submitted

Must include an introductory paragraph with a succinct thesis statement.

Must address the topic of the paper with critical thought.

Must conclude with a restatement of the thesis and a conclusion paragraph.

Must use APA style as outlined in the approved APA style guide to document all sources.

Must include, on the final page, a Reference Page that is completed according to APA style as outlined in the approved APA style guide.

**Note to OPP Final Thesis Composer**
This is considered a final Master's level thesis paper also referred to as a Capstone Initiative. It is imperative that the composer use the outline below as a guideline for researching the topic "The Shrinking Middle-Class America" and uses a variety of reference materials (15-20) such as books, articles, journals, and a few internet sources so long as the information cited can be proven based on gathered survey and research data in relation to the topic (The Shrinking Middle-Class America).
This paper needs to be at least 27-30 pages long, in APA FORMAT. Basically, this thesis paper has no absolute way it is supposed to be written and no real specific guidelines as to the style of writing. However as a suggestion, at the bottom of the page is an ?Intent Form? I had to submit to my University for approval of the thesis topic which provides an explanation that should help establish a small outline for the paper. For example, the section on ?Potential Solutions and Benefits to Restoring American Middle-Class? and the ?Description? Section are somewhat detailed but of course, this is just a suggestion. By all means, write about the things you find most important in your research. Lastly, just to give you a heads up, once you have completed the final paper, I will be preparing and presenting Powerpoint slides and will base my presentation on how you decide to structure the paper. I will then be presenting on final day of class, FYI.
Thanks again and Please not hesitate to send me a message if you have a question, suggestion, etc.
Final Thesis Paper
Proposed Title: The Shrinking Middle-Class America

Description
The object of this research project is to gain an understanding and a perspective towards the recent issue of the rapidly declining American Middle Class System. The goal is to uncover the real reasons this has been happening, perhaps symbolic of rapidly shifting times or as a result of something far more sinister. The found research will focus on topics such as socioeconomic status, social groups, politics, and capitalism. Below are some detailed questions I had found interesting while researching for the project.
1. What are some reasons people were divided into differing classes?
2. What role does income, family and/or religious beliefs play in determining an individual?s social class?
3. Is it common for people to switch from one type of class to another?
4. If economics, politics, and society helped shape distinct classes of people from one another, how can one class disappear when they possess the same political and economic beliefs and conditions?
5. Did the 2008 Financial Crisis and the bailouts contribute or even cause the shrinking of middle class America?
6. Is this the beginning of the end for social class or might there be the classes of rich and poor people some day?
Personal Interest
When I had first heard of the ?vanishing of the middle-class? and how many American families were beginning to shift from the middle-class lifestyle, it was hard to believe since so much of the population fell somewhere within the parameters of middle-class. Soon however, I began to realize its meaning as it became more and more obvious within my own family that we had existed in a world where a typical American dream seemed more likely attainable through sheer luck than by being the hard working, loyal people of our parents and grandparents. I think having been exposed to this idea at a younger age has given me the interest and the time to pursue and enjoy a dream career with a broader outlook on life, both inside and outside of the workplace.
Potential Solutions and Benefits to Restoring American Middle-Class
The research analysis and conclusions conducted for this project begins with the direct involvement of government policy that can make a difference in income distribution, temporarily, and in job creation. Both are also incredibly important when it comes to the economic welfare. Also, The Center for American Progress has issued 16 recommendations to help Americans and create jobs. A couple of examples used highlights additional policies to help rebuild the middle class that should also become part of the national debate. For example, one suggestion would reward students who work their way through college with increased access to federal student aid. Federal work-study aid should be expanded through stand-alone legislation to help working students afford college. Benefits ($3,000 to $5,000) could be targeted to Pell Grant recipients by matching the aid to the size of their Pell Grant award. Another similar recommendation from The Center for American Progress is boosting the earnings of workers and provide a greater incentive for firms to hire new workers by making more workers eligible for overtime pay while currently there are too many modestly paid, white-collar workers are largely unable to collect overtime due to unreasonably low-income limits.
Methods of Gathering Information
Initially I had brainstormed a list of ideas for the project and decided ?American middle-class? was the most interesting topic to me. After using the internet for a quick way to determine the bulk and content of information available as a reference source, I was able to retrieve enough information to determine using a primary research source would not in my best interest due to the short length of the course and that I have no experience with primary research m
Secondary Data Research
Secondary data collection will be my method of research which will require using internal and external sources such as online search engines, newspapers, and various other types of literature. The data will be collected first, the research activities will then be planned and managed closely to ensure that they do not absorb significant amounts of time and cost. Again, the one and only method of research is secondary and will be conducted at the library to gather as much accurate data as possible through the use of search engines, directories, forums and so on.
Knowledge and Skills Need
Four areas of my MBA education that I will be applying towards the project include:
1. A comprehensive understanding of all subject areas within the human resources management discipline.
2. Analysis of the different types of social classes and structures that exist between Americans, internally and externally within the organization.
3. The ability to formulate, prepare and present an integrated approach to resolving the subject matters complex problems.
4. Demonstrate the ability to apply problem solving and decision making methodologies and develop appropriate recommendations.
Previous Research on this Topic
No prior research has been conducted on this subject so I will not be submitting any previous schoolwork that has been completed to the professor.

Body and/or Its Senses in
PAGES 5 WORDS 1846

Explore the arguments that Aristotle made about the role of the body and/or its senses in intellectual life. I would like to know what you make of these abstract ideas about the senses: I agree with Aristotle. Why? What is there to learn about the role of the senses in intellectual life? Is this changing the way that I think about the life of the mind? Why? How? Reflect on relevant life events. Feel free to write in the first person voice.

Since the inception of the HITECH Act, health organizations have faced increased pressure to update their health information technology (HIT) resources. As discussed last week, many believe that the increased use of electronic health records and the quick and efficient communication afforded by HIT can lead to improved quality of patient care. Yet there are significant costs associated with implementing such systems. What can organizations do to ensure that the correct system is selected and that the system will be appropriate for those required to use it? Who should be involved in those decisions?
This week introduces the systems development life cycle and discusses how it can guide an organization through the complexities of adopting a new HIT system. In this Discussion, you are asked to consider the role of nurses in the SDLC process.
To prepare:
Review the steps of the systems development life cycle.
Think about your own organization, or one with which you are familiar, and the steps the organization goes through when purchasing and implementing a new HIT system.
Consider what a nurse could contribute to decisions made at each stage when planning for new health information technology. What might be the consequences of not involving nurses?
Reflect on your own experiences with your organization selecting and implementing new technology. As an end user, do you feel you had any input in the selection or and planning of the new HIT system?

Create and describe a theory of counseling that does not yet exist, giving it a name and background to fit my views and personality.
My views: Life experiences play a vital role in everyone's life. These experiences can either negatively or positively effect their future. Our life is our choice, we decide our destiny.
Personality: I am very compassionate about all that I do, professional when needed and super goofy. Laughter makes the hard moments in life a little less painful. My outlook on life is that the sky is the limit but why stop there when there is so much to explore past that point.
Describe which therapies fit with my personality and personal views and which would be good to use.

I need a graduation speech for a military graduation class that will be graduating in an Advance Leadership Course(ALC) as a Non-Commissioned Officer for SGT's and SSG's . I have already graduated this course several years ago but the speech is to congratulate them and give them words of encouragement to move forward in their career. It should be 3-5 minutes long. Below is a few sample speeches so that way you know how the speech should begin but I do not want the same words of encouragement.

Good morning distinguished guests, family members, and the Non Commissioned Officers of Advanced Leaders Course (25B, Q, N, L, S, P) Graduation Class. Congratulations on your achievement of successfully completing this milestone in your military career. As you travel back to your units, there are few things I would like for you to keep in mind. A good leader is like a good athlete. You must first learn the basic fundamentals of the sport; practice what you have learned until you reach a degree of excellence, and finally, continue to strive for higher adeptness for as long you remain active in the sport.

These same principles should be applied as you lead your Soldiers. We are leaders; regardless of rank or organizational level, as leaders, it is our obligation to motivate and train Soldiers; train them toward professional competency; instill them with the spirit to win; but dont forget to set the standards that are worthy of being emulated and dont be afraid to enforce the standards that are in place.

I convey to my seniors, peers, and subordinates my viewpoint on life; as I will also share with you. I am very passionate about what I do. I encourage you to take pride in yourself and whatever you do. Be accountable and take responsibilities for your actions. Dont let rank define you, and always treat people with respect.

Sergeant Major of the Army, Richard A. Kidd, 1991-95, said it best, "A leader does not 'choose' the best or most opportune time to lead. A good leader takes the challenge whenever and wherever it presents itself and does the best he or she can."

Best of luck and Lead from the Front!
____________________________________________________________________________________________
Good Morning distinguished members, guests, Family in attendance and the graduating class of the Advanced Leadership (25B, Q, N, L, S, P) Course. Today marks another mile stone in your career in which you should be proud of, I would like to congratulate you on this achievement. This is an achievement that you have truly earned and in graduating this course youve proven that you are ready for the next step in you career. (Give yourself a round of applause)

Today I would like to stop and reflect on todays Army our Army. Somewhere down the line we have gotten away from the Basics. What I mean when I say basics is Customs and Courtesies, Greetings of the day, Drill & Ceremony, proper wear and appearance of the military uniform, Military bearing and discipline and most importantly leading, teaching, and mentoring tomorrows leaders our young Soldiers; but before all that can be done we need to start policing ourselves up and holding each other to the standard. While many of NCOs are tactically and technically proficient they lack the basics of how to march a formation, proper way to stand at Parade Rest when talking to Senior Non Commissioned Officers, the position of attention when talking to Officers or addressing Seniors by their rank and rendering the proper respect. How can we expect our Soldiers to do or know these basic task if we ourselves are not doing them?

Its time we start getting back into these manuals and teaching our Soldiers, conducting Warrior Time Training weekly and making sure that training is worth while and effective, learning PRT and conducting it with your Soldiers instead of complaining about it, counseling your soldiers on areas of sustainments and improvements. I challenge you to do and instill these basic skills in your Soldiers and mold these future leaders into the type of Soldier that the Army can be proud of. Remember these Soldiers will one day take our place and be charged with molding the next group of leaders; so the legacy that you pass on needs to be one that continues to uphold the highest traditions of our great Army. Make sure you set the right example it is not only expected but required. The saying is true your Soldiers are a direct reflection of you; So you should take the time to groom them into the true professionals our Army needs. If you do this and genuinely show you care about them and their welfare they will see and understand what true leadership is.

I will leave you with a quote As John C. Maxwell said Leaders must be close enough to relate to others, but far enough ahead to motivate and lead them.

In closing I would like to once again congratulate you on becoming the newest graduates of the Advanced Leadership Course and wish you good luck in all your future endeavors. Set the standard, lead the way.

Think about and Discuss its structure, physical environment, lines of communication, treatment of employees, recruitment and promotion practices, policies towards the community and so on.

Consider also what you lose because of some of these benefits (for example if the company contributes in the community or offers more benefits for employees there might be less money for raises.)

Discuss trade-offs. Link the costs and benefits (utilitarianism) to the value of what the firm is doing (universalism).

3. 2 Pages
How should the decision-making process be handled.
How should the intrinsic as well as the instrumental value of a human life be determined?
Consider how you would measure your own worth or the value of someone close to you. Who are their stakeholders and what is their value to each of them? How will they measure it financially?
How much would your stakeholders suffer if they lost you?
How much do you currently contribute to society and what would society lose if you were not here?
How much would society benefit if you continued to survive?
Businesses have reasons to consider these issues, though extraordinarily difficult; how would you prefer that they reach conclusions in these areas?

The scenario discussed is that of the Ford Pinto, which involves a decision that teaches the hazards of considering only the instrumental value of a life.

In 1968, Ford Motor Company made a historic decision regarding the Pinto, which was engineered with a rear gas tank assembly that had a tendency to explode in accidents that involved some rear-end collisions. The company allowed the Pinto to remain on the market after it determined that it would be more costly to engage in a recall effort than to pay out the costs of liability for injuries and deaths incurred.

In an infamous memo, Ford?s senior management calculated what the company would likely have to pay per life lost. It is noteworthy that these estimates were not Ford?s alone but were based on figures from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. Using these figures, the costs for recalling and modifying the Pinto were $121 million, while the costs for settling cases in which injuries were expected to occur would be only about $50 million.

Write APA style paper considering the following questions when assessing this scenario:

How should the decision-making process be handled.
How should the intrinsic as well as the instrumental value of a human life be determined?
Consider how you would measure your own worth or the value of someone close to you. Who are their stakeholders and what is their value to each of them? How will they measure it financially?
How much would your stakeholders suffer if they lost you?
How much do you currently contribute to society and what would society lose if you were not here?
How much would society benefit if you continued to survive?
Businesses have reasons to consider these issues, though extraordinarily difficult; how would you prefer that they reach conclusions in these areas?

A case study is a research methodology common in social science. It is based on an in-depth investigation of a single individual, group, or event to explore causation in order to find underlying principles.

Rather than using samples and following a rigid protocol(strict set of rules) to examine limited number of variables, case study methods involve an in-depth, longitudinal(over a long period of time) examination of a single instance or event: a case. They provide a systematic way of looking at events, collecting data, analyzing information, and reporting the results. As a result the researcher may gain a sharpened understanding of why the instance happened as it did, and what might become important to look at more extensively in future research. Case studies lend themselves to both generating and testing hypotheses.

Another suggestion is that case study should be defined as a research strategy, an empirical inquiry that investigates a phenomenon within its real-life context. Case study research means single and multiple case studies, can include quantitative evidence, relies on multiple sources of evidence and benefits from the prior development of theoretical propositions. Case studies should not be confused with qualitative research and they can be based on any mix of quantitative and qualitative evidence. Single-subject research provides the statistical framework for making inferences from quantitative case-study data. This is also supported and well-formulated in "The case study is a research approach, situated between concrete data taking techniques and methodologic paradigms."

Please do not pick "up this paper/assignment" if it is going to be poorly done or put off to the last 45 minutes of due date to complete!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you for understanding.
If for any reason you are unable to do this for me please refund my money and email me back ASAP.
Any other questions or concerns... please email me or just research and just write what the typical course of action usually is for this disorder (i.e. meds, procedure, and so forth.)

Biomedical Ethics
PAGES 4 WORDS 1250

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

As one of the applied ethics, Biomedical Ethics is neither simply a theory to be learned in philosophy books nor a set of codes to be learned in a technical training course" it is a discipline that moves between theory and practice. Thus, one of the key methodologies in Biomedical Ethics is the method of Case Studies, which presents an analysis of the ethical questions arising from real - world situations as they are faced by healthcare professionals, patients, and families. This approach requires a careful foundation in ethical theories and concepts, and a careful exploration of the ethically relevant facts of the case at hand. Indeed, theories often arise from the attempt to systematize our intuitions of what is right and wrong in particular cases, and reciprocally new cases require that we re-evaluate our theories! Your first written assignment will thus be an analysis of a case.

In this assignment, you are required to include 4 sections corresponding to the following list:

A)Introduction:

Identify the main topic of concern using the terminology, concepts, and arguments learned from our course videos, readings, podcasts, and website. Also, clearly identify the morally relevant facts of the case, and any key concepts or facts that are important.

B) Argument(s) for side #1:

Identify the strongest argument(s) you can think of for ONE side of the debate.
Be sure to include the reasons supporting the argument(s).

C) Argument(s) for side #2:

Identify the strongest argument(s) you can think of for the OTHER side of the debate, or the best objections to side #1. Again, give reasons and go beyond simply repeating the story.

D)Recommendation/Conclusion: In your opinion and based on your reasoning and arguments, what ought to happen in this particular case, and what general policy should be supported? Be objective and find the best way between the two sides, or give a reason to choose one over the other. This is your considered or critical opinion, not just your unreflective beliefs.

REMEMBER:This is a biomedical ethics course. Be sure to include the relevant ethical content for your paper from an ethical perspective, which goes beyond legal considerations, is more objective than subjective, and is critically aware of the bias or assumptions in unreflective discussions of these topics.

TOPIc:

The Case of Paul Mills and Dr. Nancy Morrison In 1996, Nova Scotian Paul Mills was extremely sick due to a terminal esophageal cancer which esphagus removal had failed to stop. By October, he had undergone 9 difficult surgeries, and had no prognosis for recovery. An infection was making things even worse, and causing Mr. Mills significant pain. He expressed a considered wish to be allowed to die. A DNR was issued and Mr. Mills became for the most part unconscious around this time. By mid-November his family had agreed to withdraw the extensive active life support that was keeping him alive. When the tubes and life-support were removed, Mr. Mills did not die. Rather, he laboured for breath and convulsed in pain. One attending nurse described the scene as the worst death [shed] ever witnessed. The pain medication was not having an effect on the convulsions, and there was considerable lack of clarity on whether or not Mr. Mills was conscious. After two hours of this horrible and hideous scene, the attending nurse turned to Dr. Morrison and asked her to end the suffering. Dr. Morrison first attempted to lower the patients blood pressure to relieve the pain, but the injection was ineffectual. She returned several minutes later and administered a dose of potassium chloride and a few moments later Mr. Mills was dead. When the events later became public, Dr. Morrison was charged with first-degree murder. Explore the ethically relevant facts of the case, consider the arguments for both sides, and make a considered recommendation of what should be hospital policy in situations like this.

A written report will be on my preferred profession, which is Medical doctor . The report should be 3-4 pages long (not including Literature Cited) with 1.5 line spacing. Please read carefully the attach Insructions for Professional Report file. Ask if you have any questions.

Write a personal statement that should include: what I have accomplished since Ireceiving my bachelor''s degree (last May, in International Studies). Which curriculum studies concentration would I like to pursue. Why? Why I would like to become a teacher? Discusse my educational and professional goals. Discuss my thoughts as a future educator. What are my personal goals as an educator? What goals might I have for the students I wil be instructing?
