Assignment:
Working with your new blue ocean industry, develop your four actions framework to gain new insight. Complete the Eliminate-Reduce-Raise-Create Grid. What are the focus, divergence, and compelling tagline? What sustainability methods will be used?
This is not a business plan, as we have not been discussing a business plan in this course; it is a strategy plan. Incorporate previous week's work but do not copy/paste; that will be too long. Just incorporate main points. The new information for this week will be the main focus. As you develop this part you can bring in information from the previous weeks.
You will need to create a "final strategy plan" of your Blue Ocean Strategy (this is NOT a business plan). Incorporate all the previous week's work into one plan. Include a cover page and table of contents. Include any charts or graphs you deem necessary with changes as necessary and add this week's task.
Minimum 5 pages (not counting cover page, table of contents, and references), APA format.

Here is some of the assignments I have had to give you an idea of what the previous work was.

Week 5 Assn:
Identify a red ocean industry and analyze it with the 6 paths framework strategy to conceive new market space for a specific company. Next, align your strategy with the big picture to create a blue ocean. You will need to include a canvas strategy. Use charts and tables as appropriate.

Week 6 Assn:
Identify the three tiers of your noncustomers, buyer utility map and experience cycle; uncover blocks to buyer utility to design the correct sequence. Be sure to utilize the additional readings to help with this (Sequence of Blue Ocean Strategy). Include buyer utility map

Week 7 Assn:
Continue with your discussion company and identify its four hurdles and characteristics of limitations. Include the three E Principles of Fair Process

Feel free to use more sources, if need be. And I would prefer most of them to be online sources.

O and I also am a certified massage therapist . ( note I don't do it as a job I just got the cert for personnel growth) As a journeymen electrician I am vary handy to have around. and with a Bs. in computer and electronic engineering and almost done with a masters in IT management I can take are of all your tech needs as well.
Currently I am working as an Instructor teaching Electronics. and also in sales as an insurers agent.
As you can see my skills are all over the map. I love learning new things and I take on something new ever year to improve my self. basically i am now looking for that special someone that can keep up :) and shares my love of life.
here is the old profile
keep what you can and try and add in what fits.

My love of the ocean brought me out to California by way of Ohio and other spots, after spending my childhood as a missionary kid in the Virgin Islands. As a result of all that transition, Im careful, but certainly not overly cautious, when getting to know people. Im the first person to help someone in need . I tend to be a listener, but dont be fooled because once we get to know each other, Ill have plenty to say! Often, I need time to step back and process something before passing judgment or making a decision. Clearly, wild parties and big crowds are not my favorite things, but a day spent scuba diving with close friends or family is always my idea of a good time. Ive been told I can be a calming presence, the last person you would expect to shout or talk too much. However, I can be a force to reckon with if we sit down and play a game of Risk ??" I show no mercy!

My Ideal Person:
Shell watch the Discovery Channel with me one day and go on a scuba diving adventure with me the next. Her faith is important to her, as it is to me, being raised in Christian family. She is emotionally supportive when it comes to my constant efforts to better myself through my ongoing education - and hopefully shes a terrific speller and writer since Im really more of a Teche egg head than anything else. She pushes me to be more social than I probably otherwise would be on my own, but isnt wildly outgoing either. She can chat with me for hours about odds and ends ??" anything from global warming to how much we really like Magic Mountain at Six Flags. She gets my goofy side. Staying at home is just fine with her; a good night out would be a movie or miniature golf. She can cook, since I can barely make toast, and she could work some magic with lobsters I catch. Most importantly, shes my best friend.

Aquatic Microcosm

In ancient times, before the origins of humanitys folklores and ageless sagas, humans believed. Today, we define this edge as the horizon, but back then people did not know what lied outside of the land piece they stood on. Then one day, curiosity hit the humans. Beyond the adamantine, native terrain, they set sail on to the fluctuating, alien body of water. This body of water, the ocean, is where I sail on today.

The ocean is an undivided body of water that covers a vast portion of Earth. Thus, if my lifespan permits, there is no acre of the ocean I could not sail.Unlike land where one must worry of the terrain and fuel for their cars or stomachs, the ocean provides no such obstacles for the sailor. The wind, for no price, carries the boat across the seemingly infinite body of water. The boat cruises through the deep-blue crescents of the ocean that softly crash against the boats bow. The wind, on the other hand, blows with gusto, striking the bright-blue sailsattached to my firm, wooden mast. Water droplets sprinkle on my face, and I could faintly catch the salty fragrance in the air. There are worse days, of course, with thunderstorms and dangerous winds changing the waves from crescents to curved, sharp claws. But, whether the ocean provides me a first-class ride or a painful lash, it is the duty as a sailor to pay respect to this capricious entity by embracing both the love and pain as equals.

The greatest downside of sailing across the seas is that food can only be fished from underneath.Fishing is not a leisure activity. Man wants to eat and the fish avoids being eaten: fishing is a battle for survival between man and the ocean. The creatures of the ocean are not friendly animals that help Cinderella finish her chores. They are creatures that adapt and evolve for the sole purpose of survival. The flying fishgrew wings to fly above its natural habitat just to escape its predators. The shark grew enormous, powerful jaws to strike down both its prey and assaulters. But perhaps this is the joy of fishing. To be victorious over your enemies and feasting on their dead bodies provides me a sense of power and authority. Every time I drop into the ocean the fishing rods hook, the tip being rusty but far from blunt, I ready myself for the worst. Like picking a card from a deck, I will never know what creature I would hook, but I must fight to soothe my hunger. And when the battle is finally over, only one will stay living.

Sailing, surviving, fishing ??" though these do have their respective places in living on the ocean, the best part is when I am no longer on the ocean. Jumping into thishumongous swimming pool, it seeming to be infinitely deep, is much like jumping from a skyscraper with weakened gravity while being poked in the eyes. Life is different when Im submerged. In the water, all senses that used to prevail on land sinks to nothingness. Up, down, left, right ??" directions cease to exist. Swimming is much like flying, the rules of gravity less abiding underwater, except in the water I am enveloped like a cocoon: a warm blanket surrounds me everywhere I go.And when my eyes, they being closed to avoid the salty pain, open, along with the pain comes to sight an alien microcosm. A light shade of blue envelops this world with corals that add in tints of red, orange, and yellow to contrast with the blue. Light simmers through the ocean ceiling, revealing marine life hidden beneath the tangible surface of Earth. These life forms in no way resemble land creatures, having neither limbs nor noses. But, no matter how distant the creatures may be from me, they never fail to remind me of how limited our apprehension of this world is.

It is easy to disregard the ocean. Much of humanitys busy lives are conducted within walled buildings constructed on land. But when the waves slowly surge and retreat, rocking my boat in consequence, I think of the beauty the land lovers are missing out. I am sailing on the atmosphere of an alien world filled with beauty and mystery. The ocean is not simply a plane but a second Earth, and down this different world I drop my fishing hook to live another day.

This is an essay to describe the PROBLEM OF OVERFISHING IN DEEP-SEA FISHERIEs, the main purpose of this essay is to see the effects overfishing causes our enviorment. Please describe any ways that the government has implemented to deal with these issues and mention any major organizations that are concerned with this problem. The economic effect should also be considered briefly. Again this paper is to be focused on the enviormental effects. Thank you.
