Over the last several decades, nurses have been playing an important role in the quality of health care services that are provided to patients. This would redefine the way health care solutions were being provided, with nurses playing a major role in helping to offer support to patients. To have any kind of effective leadership, you must be willing to collaborate with others on a regular basis. The reason why, is because good communication will help to improve the ability of nurses to understand the specifics about a particular patient. In the event that there is some kind of emergency, they are aware that this individual could be allergic to various medications and other substances. At which point, they make everyone aware of these adjustments. This helps the facility to avoid a costly error. While, it is simultaneously protecting the patient at all times. This is significant, because it is illustrating how effective leadership is based upon having a sense of purpose in working with everyone.
