It seems that some of the issues that have been identified regarding the process of agile project management refer to communication of progress to management. Basically, this is the case of project teams. The importance of the article relies on the fact that the author addresses several issues of great interest to developers, but also to project managers, and companies. In addition to this, the article analyzes situations that project managers encounter in their activity. This is intended to help readers understand the issues addressed by the article, and to apply the information they find in it.

The situation addressed by this article refers to project teams that must develop products. Basically, the author provides information on how the activities required by this project are seen by team members, how they are seen by agile project management developers, and how agile project management can help increase the efficiency of the team. Therefore, it is important that they use technologically advanced software when planning these projects. In addition to this, such software can increase the efficiency of company's planning regarding their production, and other processes. These agile project management software can be used in different strategies regarding these activities. It is important to establish the necessity of agile project management and to determine how it can be used in order to increase productivity.
