Training in both cases is based on certain principals (religious) that guide the person facilitating the training program. However, while formal training is primarily based on biblical teaching, informal training involves general references to everyday experiences in life.
b) What is the relationship connecting availability of training programs and instructors in formal training?
The basis of training programs both formal and informal is to provide knowledge that facilitates a certain activity within the given institution. Availability of training program mainly concerns the educative session that are introduced alongside the main course in an institution. Such training is formal, but act as an added advantage to the learners as it provide extra lessons to higher performance in the respective field. Hence, instructors in the formal training utilize the training programs as a way of improving academic performance in the students. Therefore, a combination of the two aspects enhances empowerment in the students' personal, economic, and social attitudes.
c)" What is the relationship between financial resources available for extra compensation (stipens) and none for training?
The relationship between compensation for non-training and extra compensation is the aspect of motivation. In both cases, the availability of financial resources or lack of the same is mean to motivate the participants and students to put more effort in their class work assignments or fieldwork activities.
d) How will the students teaching loads be effective, if working full time?
Student teaching workload directly affects the performance of the facilitators or teachers. For instance, a Pastor counseling to large number of persons requires a lot of input while in counseling session. This will in turn lead to low classroom concentration. Reducing the student workload is likely to enhance performance while working on full basis. Nevertheless, it is percieved vital that the person working fulltime learns how to balance the student workload with the work to be done in terms of hours.
e) How will positive/negative effect be on promotion and tenure at your university?
Promotion and tenure primarily guard the interest of the University faculty. Hence, the positive effect is likely to lead to a remarkable addition of students and teaching faculty due to the demand for quality education. On the other hand, negative effect will lead to a sudden own fall of the University, which will in turn affect the image of the University. In this regard, students are likely losing confidence in the standard of learning at the University.
