Greater financial availability and better resource allotment will lead to better teachers, technologically progressive classrooms and the best of learning equipment in all areas of educational development. The text functions as an instructive source in a discussion on athletic facility management, as this is an area where the quality of facilities and equipment will have a substantial bearing on the enthusiasm, opportunity and safety with which students are able to approach physical education and extra-curricular participation. Sadly, though many improvements have been made across the academic spectrum, vast inequalities continue to litter American educational standards based on the disparity of available resources. The result is that even as changes and improvements have been made across the boards, schools continue both to decline infrastrucuturally and to experience a simultaneous failure to live up to opportunities now emergent.
