Because of the application of Internet, the present society is capable turning the geography to become history by wiping out of geographical barriers in the sphere of information transactions. The tremendous growth of e-business has facilitated economic globalization. Internet commerce has given rise to existence of various kinds of business models. Broadly the websites concerned with internet trading has been categorized under B2B and b2c sites, signifying business to business and business to consumer, respectively. Business ethics are considered to be quite significant in continuing good relationship with clients be it business houses or consumers. A professional approach is essential for success in the dealing with them at all the times. The ethical issues in B2B and B2C have been defined as a group of principles of true conduct, the rules or standards administering the conduct of a person or the conduct of the members of a procession. While dealing with business marketing and advertising the ethical issues involved are honesty, integrity and trustworthy. The policy of honesty in case of B2C categories makes one successful in avoiding its returning back to bite people persistently. Integrity is considered to be the next ethics. The ethics also includes trustworthy. It is pertinent to note that the client is exerting enough trust on the business man hence it is quite ethical to bind with the trust dearly and not to do anything that would entail injury to them. However, the business-to-business and business-to-consumer dimensions of e-commerce e-mails depict differentiations that are worth noting. Firstly the difference in B2B and B2C email is visualized in terms of 'distance from click to sale'. The B2B marketing emails mainly concentrate on campaigning formulation while the B2C emails provide hyperlinks to take the consumers to the shopping cart instantaneously. The B2B mails do not found to be so hasty.
