In the modern world the use of Internet is inevitable. It allows communication people to people, business to business all around the world. Social networking websites occupy the important role in the life of common people. There are millions of people using these sites every day. The numbers are increasing day-by-day and it has become almost the routine activity for many people. MySpace is one of social networking websites that people like to use a lot. It is online community that allows friends to keep in touch and meet new people as well. It is also sharing their interested, activities. By creating their profile, they attract other to view their likes and dislikes. Anyone who is at least fourteen years old can sign up for MySpace account at no cost. When people sign up, they can customize their profile by adding information about themselves, listing interesting, hobbies and education background and uploading photos of themselves and their friend. They can also create their own blog for other to read. Social networking and MySpace have advantage as well as disadvantages.

Social networking websites are beneficiary in several ways. The main function of social networking websites is to make relationships with people who have identical thinking. Many of these websites allow their users to chat with their friends and distant relatives free of cost. Even, some of them offer calls for low cost or free of cost. Just having a low-speed internet connection can make these notable advantages possible. For example, people can communicate with their loved ones and stay in touch with them on a regular basis with no time limit.

They don't need to pay for calls if both sides have the internet connection. For example, my cousins married with a man who met through this website and they have been lived together for fifteen years, they have four kids. They travel everywhere in the United States and different countries. I admire them a lot because they were very happy family. Furthermore, another of my cousins found a perfect job by accessing such of social networking website after his graduation. Without social networking, people have to pay a lot for their communication to these websites, they don't have the chance to find a great job and they cannot find the good husband like my cousin.

These social networking websites are benefit for business which is having a broad network in their marketing circle. These networking sites make their tasks easier and reduce their communication expenses definitely; these companies can communicate with their branches and clients all over the world. For example, my brother needs to represents a new product for the company. He doesn't need to travel to a different city to do a representation, but he used a broad to connect with the company to represent for his product that he designs it. One year later, these products sold on the market and it made a profit for the company in million dollars. Furthermore, mortgage lenders have a meeting convention with many brokers on a broad network to represent the new loan programs that it makes a benefit for clients to fit their situation. A lot of brokers choose this loan product to offer for their client. Lender will make a lot of money because the broker found the clients for this lender. This system of interaction functions the business efficiently and makes big savings for the welfare of the company as well as for its employees. After observing its best results, many companies are entering into the business field and are investing money in large amounts.

Social networking sites such as MySpace have some disadvantage as well. One of the biggest problems with these websites is the system of sharing personal information. For example, MySpace is most of the users upload various data such as photos, name, address, age, contact telephone number, occupation, etc. So, the information is easily accessed by third parties and often ends up in bad results in theft and abuse. Therefore, many people got stole identity through one of this website so their credit score is very bad. As result, they cannot qualify to approval the loans to buy their house. There is plenty of scope for cheating others by giving false information, identity and photographs. Again, there was a report of a woman from one country using a film star's photo as her identity and swindled a lot of gifts and money from a gullible and eligible bachelor living abroad. MySpace is a good way to communication; however, it is good for people limit to use their personal information to share on the website to prevent the dangers stolen identity theft.
