This clinical reflection examines the professional development of a psychiatric nurse practitioner student through 50 hours of clinical experience at Mind Over Matter Health. Reflecting on the additional 50 clinical hours since my last log, I have witnessed significant personal and professional growth in my role as a psychiatric nurse practitioner (NP) intern. Below, I will share insights into my continued development, my evolving relationship with my preceptor, and an update on a patient I have been closely monitoring.

Upon self-reflection, I recognize a significant enhancement in my ability to connect with patients and navigate their care journeys. My documentation skills, initially identified as an area needing improvement, have seen progress thanks to targeted practice and feedback from AG. This iterative learning process has been invaluable in my development as a psychiatric NP.
