The President is the Chief Executive Officer of BottleMax. The CEO reports to the Board of Directors, and is responsible for the organization's consistent achievement of financial and strategic objectives.

Revise, implement and deploy the firm's long-range strategy as measured by performance objectives

Provide leadership in developing product, organizational and financial plans with the Board of Directors and relevant staff, and implement plans and policies authorized by the board.

Maintain official records and documents, and ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations.

Maintain a strategic knowledge of developments and trends in the industry.

Keep the Board fully informed on the condition of the organization and all important, relevant changes

Represent the firm in the press and communications outside the firm

Oversee and ensure recruitment, employment, and release of all paid staff

Ensure that job descriptions are developed, that regular performance evaluations are held, and that human resource practices are the best in the field.

Direct an effective management team, with appropriate provision for succession

Promote and monitor staff development and facilitate their highest performance

Maintain a climate which attracts, keeps, and motivates a diverse, competitive staff

Develop and maintain sound financial practices.

Prepare budgets with the VP of Finance and Board, and ensure the firm achieves and operates within budget guidelines.

Ensure that adequate funds are available to permit the target growth rates in budgets.

Jointly, with the Board of directors and legal counsel, maintain legal status of the firm at all times.

Reports to: CEO

VP/Finance reports to the CEO and manages BottleMax's financial and accounting policies, systems and processes, tax and regulatory requirements regarding finance, budget controls, financial modeling and forecasting, and works with the CEO to present annual business plans to the Board.

• Oversee external audit; review and analyze audited financial statements

• Prepare the annual financial report

• Oversee cash management and banking

• Ensure BottleMax complies with all internal policies and relevant regulations and ensure filings are completed on time

• Develop and oversee internal review to ensure that finance and operations controls are complied with.

• Manage the payroll systems with the VP of Production and Personnel

• Implement financial systems that ensure maximum productivity

• Oversee the continuous improvement of accounting and financial procedures and policy

• Develop and prepare monthly financial reports

• Present and analyze monthly and year-to-date financials
