Due to the potential lack of personnel with IT skills, it is probably best to implement an entire ERP solution. Again, keeping in line with the size of the business, this does not need to be a very complex one. It will, however, be helpful in dealing with some of the human resources challenges that may arise in the process of developing and expanding the company. For example, this is especially true for the CRM solution: it is in the interest of all departments to learn and know as much as possible about the customers and customer preference in order to make rational decisions.
