A challenge which an e-commerce manager can face is in regards to purchasing a software which might not satisfy the needs of the company. This will put the capital of the business out of balance. Then, when business is thriving and they have gained more capital for investment, they can develop an in-house application to fully satisfy their it needs. Since they only need the basics so far, this option can provide the club as well as its customer's flexibility in order to address the company's needs.
