When looking at furthering ones education it is important to note that schools have characteristics, markers if you will that provide insight into the capabilities of a prospective student. A school is looking for a candidate that proves to be determined, focused and one that will continue to carry on the legacy of that particular school. The candidate is looking for a place to fine tune, build, and create a stronger way of expressing there knowledge, and they want to do this at the best school for their particular craft. This in turn makes a relationship that takes two sides that in fact want the same outcome. This proves even further why it is my strong belief that I am a good candidate for the Institute. I will represent the Institute in a manner that befitting of this finer institute of learning. Lastly, I will use the resources afforded to me in order to continue to fine-tune my skills in the area of photography, as well as utilize the opportunity to develop ways of sharing my learning experiences with others. I can only hope that my feelings for photography, and for the Brooks Institute of Photography show through in my words, and express to you all how important photography is to me and the important role that I believe Brooks plays in my future development and life.
Thank you for providing me with an opportunity to express the important role that photography plays in it all. I look forward to discussing with you further the ways I intend to utilize the resources at Brooks if given the opportunity to attend.
