America is the melting pot of the whole world, the New World, seen by the rest of the world as the land of opportunity, the land of the free, the green pastures, and the crossroads where virtually all nationalities and races meet.
This problem would not have aroused studies and researches a few centuries ago Due to technologically driven increases in productivity, advances in manufacturing and automation have slashed the prices of consumer appliances such as televisions and personal computers. However, productivity growth threatens the middle class and other social classes in three ways due to the poor structure of globalization, which could increase economic growth if reconstructed correctly and global warming.
It is easy to gather that Americans want a future that has economic prosperity and clean air that will be more abundant. This is because the American life consists of material prosperity as much as in civil liberties or political democracy is an old on as the content of the book suggests.
However, since the structure of globalization has to be reconstructed while the greenhouse effect is being dealt with through the Kyoto protocol, the planet's air is being destroyed by carbon dioxide and other gases.
When studying the greenhouse effects on the earth, people's thoughts on the environment must be understand in order to make a difference.
From there, people must understand the effects of carbon dioxide so that we can have a future and if they do not, there will be no future to conserve.
As Americans, we can try to preserve the planet by understanding and taking care of it. If we do not understand it, we will not know how to take care of it.
Conclusion
Political figures provided the institutional frameworks that permitted successive versions of all social classes of America.
Greenhouse effect need to be addressed so that we can live in a healthy environment..
Modern day political figures want to change the environment, however the answer is to create a new globalization structure as well taking control of carbon dioxide.
THESIS: carbon dioxide and the greenhouse gases contribute to global warming in such a way that the planet's temperature is rising daily, which gives a bleak future.
Introduction
Carbon dioxide and other gases cause a greenhouse effect that affects the planet's temperature, which may contribute global warming. "In the 19th century, scientists realized that gases in the atmosphere cause a "greenhouse effect" which affects the planet's temperature. These scientists were interested chiefly in the possibility that a lower level of carbon dioxide gas might explain the ice ages of the distant past. At the turn of the century, Svante Arrhenius calculated that emissions from human industry might someday bring a global warming. Other scientists dismissed his idea as faulty (the Carbon Dioxide Greenhouse Effect). From there, carbon dioxide and the greenhouse gases contribute to global warming in such a way that the planet's temperature is rising daily, which gives a bleak future.
Carbon Dioxide and the Greenhouse Effect
From there, people must take notice of their environment before the affects of global warming destroy the planet, which will leave them for dead. "Carbon dioxide () is one of the greenhouse gases. It consists of one carbon atom with an oxygen atom bonded to each side. When its atoms are bonded tightly together, the carbon dioxide molecule can absorb infrared radiation and the molecule starts to vibrate. Eventually, the vibrating molecule will emit the radiation again, and it will likely be absorbed by yet another greenhouse gas molecule. This absorption-emission-absorption cycle serves to keep the heat near the surface, effectively insulating the surface from the cold of space. Carbon dioxide, water vapor (), methane (), nitorus oxide (), and a few other gases are greenhouse gases. They all are molecules composed of more than two component atoms, bound loosely enough together to be able to vibrate with the absorption of heat. The major components of the atmosphere (and) are two-atom molecules too tightly bound together to vibrate and thus they do not absorb heat and contribute to the greenhouse effect.(the Greenhouse Effect). This can be seen from the following chart,

At this point, the issue started out as a slide show for Al Gore's presentation of global warming that gave real insight into the huge issue.
The climate crisis is, indeed, extremely dangerous. In fact it is a true planetary emergency. Two thousand scientists, in a hundred countries, working for more than twenty years in the most elaborate and well-organized scientific collaboration in the history of humankind, have forged an exceptionally strong consensus that all the nations on Earth must work together to solve the crisis of global warming. The voluminous evidence now strongly suggests that unless we act boldly and quickly to deal with the underlying causes of global warming, our world will undergo a string of terrible catastrophes, including more and stronger storms like Hurricane Katrina, in both the Atlantic and the Pacific (Al Gore Sounds Global Warming Alert).
Carbon dioxide as a greenhouse gas
America is the melting pot of the whole world, the New World, seen by the rest of the world as the land of opportunity, the land of the free, the green pastures, and the crossroads where virtually all nationalities and races meet. This problem would not have aroused studies and researches a few centuries ago." Last year alone global levels of atmospheric carbon dioxide, the primary driver of global climate change, increased by 0.6%, or 19 billion tons. Additionally methane rose by 27 million tons after nearly a decade with little or no increase. NOAA scientists released these and other preliminary findings today as part of an annual update to the agency's greenhouse gas index, which tracks data from 60 sites around the world" (Greenhouse Gases, Carbon Dioxide and Methane, Rise Sharply in 2007). This study would not have been conducted in other countries because almost all the world's countries and their people possess unifying attributes that make them distinct and unmistakable for any other nationality, race, culture and language. Only America possesses the probability of encountering this problem because of countless causes - immigration, preservation of heritage of immigrants, racial and ethnic differences, and cultural differences while having environment issues that could very destroy the earth. This is why there has been discussion of carbon dioxide and the greenhouse gases contributing to global warming in such a way that the planet's temperature is rising daily, which gives a bleak future.

In the twenty-first century, economic changes and changes in the environment were threatening all American classes because U.S. corporations started to transfer production jobs and service jobs to low-wage workers (Are We Still a Middle Class Nation).
Due to technologically driven increases in productivity, advances in manufacturing and automation have slashed the prices of consumer appliances such as televisions and personal computers. However, productivity growth threatens the middle class and other social classes in three ways due to the poor structure of globalization, which could increase economic growth if reconstructed correctly and global warming (Are We Still a Middle Class Nation).
KYOTO protocol
In the book, "Making Globalization Work," by Joseph Stiglitz, it is apparent that globalization has not worked for many people due to the flaws that it carries. For example, a cow in an European country makes more than anyone. "This new book by Joseph Stiglitz discusses many of the issues of his earlier work, "He facetiously points out that a cow in Europe earns more than half of the people on the planet. The $2 a day subsidy of the European cow is equal to the cut-off line defining poverty, and half of the earth's inhabitants live below this level. This example illustrates the ostensible unfairness of the current system. European, American, and Japanese multinationals, and the trade negotiators who represent them, argue for freer trade yet they refuse to relinquish agricultural subsidies. This is very unfortunate for the developing world since about 80% of their economies are agricultural. Nothing would help them more than if the rich countries stopped subsidizing their agricultural (Making Globalization Work). If Japan and other countries are more sufficient in their acts of globalization, they can help with the greenhouse effect from KYOTO protocol.
The Kyoto protocal was signed in Kyoto, Japan in 1997. In this protocol, industrialised countries commited themselves to reduceing their greenhouse gas emissions by a few percent in 2008-2012 compared to the 1990 base year. The exact percentage for each country is noted in the Annex 1 of the Protocol. The reduction is partly to be done domestically, but can also be reached by investing in other countries or trading emission allowances. These possibilities for countries with a Kyoto commitment are called the Kyoto mechanisms (KYOTO protocol).
How cap and trade and carbon taxes ties up with greenhouse gases
Within society, the statements that are made by the government authorities are true because they are the power among the people, which gives them more control and the authority to define what needs to be done to the planet in order to save it from global warming.
The United States as a whole gets about half its electricity from coal, the most carbon-intense of fuels, and coal generation accounts for more than a third of its greenhouse gas emissions. So if the United States decided to get with the Kyoto program, it could comply just by replacing half its coal-fired plants with proven low-carbon sources like wind, natural gas and nuclear energy. A simple tax on carbon emissions or a national cap-and-trade system could get the job done (Clean Air, Murky Precedent).
Government
By using this power, Gore and other political figures can have the upper hand on the global warming, which motivate people to take an active role in environment issues. From there, they can be aware of what is happening to the planet. It also points out that if a plan of action is not taking soon, the future for this planet is extremely bleak, which leaves nothing for future generations to build on or strive for.
At this point, it is apparent that Gore wanted to address global warming so that more people could be aware of the issue that destroying the earth on a daily basis to the point that as this essay is being written, the planet is being dissolved by unnatural affects. Therefore, the movie allows Gore present the issue of global warming in a way that is informative and less boring so that the audience will understand the issue needs to be addressed before it is too late, which would eliminate the future for future generations. Furthermore, if global warming and the affects of the greenhouse effects are not addressed properly within a timely manner, there will be no earth to save in the future, which leads to the end of the human race and God's earthly creatures.
