One of the most serious of these concerns is the affect that radio waves have an essential medical apparatus, such as pacemakers. Cellular phones have become the communication device of choice in Japan and elsewhere in the world. These devices are improving each today and acquiring new technological enhancements. On the negative side there are various social, legal and health issues that will have to be dealt with in Japan and in many other counties before cellular phones become safe and acceptable to everyone.
