¶ … Evolution of Nursing Knowledge Virginia Henderson made the point that the unique function of the nurse is to be able to help the individual, sick or not, in the routine of those activities donating to health or its recovery that he would perform unassisted if he had the necessary knowledge strength, or will. And to have it done this in such a way as to aid him in getting independence as fast as likely. It can be said that the Nursing profession tries their best.

Henderson wanted nursing research to emphasize in clinical practice. Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPGs) are evidence-based brochures that enable the submission of present evidence into regular emergency nursing training. CP cover recommendations founded on a systematic review and critical examination of the literature in regards to a clinical question. This is done in evidence-based nursing practice which involves the integration of a problem-solving method inside the context of caring.

Usually, nurses have all been supporters of evidence-based practice (EBP) as teachings go on to display better-quality results when best evidence is utilized in the delivery of patient care. In spite of the consciousness of the importance of practice being founded on best evidence, attaining and supporting EBP inside the practice. Virginia Henderson believed that only nurses have the primary duty for assessing and encouraging evidence in the framework of their practice to guarantee that nursing practice makes the most of health and quality of life from the client's standpoint.

Nurses at many hospitals are following through with her view on clinical practice. For example, expert and regulatory nursing associations have the duty to support and encourage evidence-based practice. Today, a lot of nursing educators and educational organizations have taken it upon themselves with enforcing the responsibility.

This is because they want to help nurses in evolving the services and skills to evaluate, understand and include evidence into their practice on a continuing foundation; to guarantee that academics connect their answers in language that is familiar to doctors; and to confirm that nursing programs are evidence-based. Virginia Henderson, as part of clinical practice, believed that the medical center, professional relations, and nursing educators share the accountability for developing and backing strategies that allow evidence-founded decision-making and evidence-based practice (Vera).

This is practiced today these everyday jobs extend to recognizing the barriers and increasing the issues inside organizational structures that comfort and approve the evidence-based practice. However, some studies show that it is not being practiced enough in some places. One investigation in the findings indicates that they were able to discover that one particular nursing place was not enforcing clinical practice among the profession, even though they had it down on paper.

The study showed that nurses were not active in the hospitals where they worked and were also getting bad reviews. Because the clinical practice was not being implemented in the workplace among nurses. In the meantime, it is likely that some strategies could be tested to endorse a more favorable interpretation in these issues and where the nursing education has the likelihood to influence having clinical practice applied. Research does show that those places that failed to implement Virginia Henderson clinical practice, or just did not have a good understanding.

A lot of the hospitals have been unable.
