The target group in such and education program will primarily be the drug abusers who will be on the program to be assisted to stop the drug abuse trend. The other group equally pertinent will be the general youth population between the ages of 12 and 18 since this is the age they get interested in exploration of new things such as drugs. This group will primarily be targeted as a preventive measure.
