The Coca-Cola Company is a multinational corporation that manufactures, retails, and markets nonalcoholic beverages and syrups. The company is commonly recognized for its Coca Cola product. Coca Cola refers to a carbonated soft drink that is sold in restaurants and vending machines across the globe. This report endeavors to explain the major vision and vision, objectives and goals of the company and the actions it undertakes to create and sustain competitive advantages. I plan to get this information from the web and reading pamphlets from the company (The Coca Cola Company, 2010).

The key motivation for choosing Coca Cola arises from its multinational nature, serving millions of individuals around the globe. For the company to thrive as a business in the coming years, it must look ahead and understand the forces and trends shaping the business environment. The company must be prepared for the future by create a long-term goals and objectives.

Mission

Coca Cola's main purpose is to serve as the standard against which it becomes a company of choice among other players in the industry. It strives to refresh all individuals, inspire happiness and optimism. It also strives to make a difference by creating valuable products.

Vision

The mission serves as the framework of the company's road map, which guides every aspect of the business enterprise by describing what the company must accomplish. It constitutes the 6Ps: people, productivity, planet, portfolio, partners, and profit (The Coca Cola Company, 2014).

People

The mission is to be a great place for people to work where they can be inspired to become the best they can.

Portfolio

The company's mission is offer a unique portfolio of beverages that are of high quality besides satisfying the needs and wishes of the clients (The Coca Cola Company, 2014).

Partners

The mission is to nurture a network that is winning for suppliers and customers so that it can create a long lasting partnership.

Planet

The company seeks to be a responsible citizen and make a difference by supporting and helping in the building of sustainable communities.

Profit

Coca Cola seeks to maximize its returns in the end to the shareholders as well as be mindful in its overall responsibilities.

Productivity

Its mission is to be highly effective and a fast-moving company

Culture

The company has a winning culture that defines the behaviors and attitudes that are required its vision of 2020 a reality

Objectives

The chief objectives ensure that the company is universally recognized as a corporation conducting its business ethically and responsibly whilst experiencing sustainable growth (Coca Cola, 2010).

Goals

The company's goals are to assess the vulnerabilities of the value and quantity of the water sources for each of the bottling plants besides implementing strategies for effective water usage.
