Simply put, to complain is to tell someone that you are unhappy with a particular service, product, or behavior. Whether you are interested in complaining to a retail establishment, a political organization, or to an individual person about a personal matter, there are several simple steps which can ensure that your voice is properly, and appropriately, heard. Although there are a wide variety of situations where one might register a complaint, for the purposes of this essay I will discuss the art of complaining about a product. Rest assured, these steps can be easily applied to any number of different circumstances.
