This stage will determine the need to adopt and implement another program in case of lack of achievement of the objectives.
Demonstration of the Health Education Tool
The background information of the family illustrates that the problems revolve around stress and coping. This indicates the need to eliminate or reduce elements of stress and its levels within the family. The health educational tool will focus on identification of causes or sources of stress, positive and negative aspects of the problem, and implementation of effective measures towards the elimination of the problem. This will involve quality interaction with the family members on different sessions (Anne Fothergill et al., 2004).

How participating family's health needs represent greater community health & environmental issues
Family is the fundamental unit of the society or community. Elimination of the community problems or health issues starts with the concept of the family. Many individuals within the society in the context of the United States suffer from similar problems in the form of smoking, stress, and dietary issues. This indicates that the family problems are reflections of the community problems.
Coordination, complementation, and replacement of community & health services by the Health Educational Tool
The health education tool will focus on the provision of quality healthcare programs thus coordination between the community health services and program. There is a relationship in the development of healing environment through minimization or elimination of the problems facing the family. The program also follows effective procedures in accordance with the nursing professionalism thus coordinating the functions of the community health services.
Values, potential cultural biases, family's cultural, spiritual, and ethical values
Some of the potential cultural biases, values, and ethical values might arise because of the different views on openness to the outsiders, socialization process, and interpretation of events, willingness to change, language barrier, family order, and unique interaction cultures.
Management of potential conflict with personal values & biases during the educational session
In order to manage the potential diversity effectively and efficiently, it is essential to appreciate diversity of cultures and apply multiculturalism in the interaction with the family members. This is through the development of quality environment for increased participation by the family members during the implementation of the health education tool (Shenkar, 2001).
Epidemiological influences affecting health & well-being of the family
Some of the epidemiological factors influencing the well-being of the family include diet, smoking, alcohol, age, ethnic group, stress, anxiety, lack of exercise activities, and environment. Other factors might include family medical history and gender.
How to advocate for the family
The program will advocate for the family through the application of educational plans on how to minimize the essence of their problems. This is through provision of vital information to promote their health needs and assistance towards elimination of the problems such as colon cancer, stress management, and quality dietary education.
Encouragement of the family to become partners in their own case
Encouragement of the family to be come members of their own case will depend on the creation of quality and interactive environment. This is through making the family members to feel and understand that the course is for their own good. This is essential through appreciation of cultural differences, development of cultural empathy, and illustration of cultural intelligence in the development and implementation of the health education tool.
Capabilities & Willingness of the family to Comply with the Health Educational Strategies
According to the first interaction with Miss S, there is high degree and willingness to corporate and participate in the implementation of the health educational strategies. This is vital towards the achievement of the goals and objectives through maximum involvement of the family members in the implementation process. Participation and corporation is also vital for the evaluation process with the aim of adopting and integrating new measures incase the educational health tool fails in the achievement of the goals and objectives.
