The resolution to these issues are often no more complicated than taking frequent breaks to increase circulation, using supportive desk chairs, and adding a foot support on the floor to ease the strain of prolonged sitting. Generally shoulder problems associated with computer use have to do with lack of efficient elbow support. The simplest solution is to make sure that the desk chair provides padded elbow support that enables the user to avoid straining the shoulder muscles holding the arms in the proper height for typing.
