The knowledge gained through the practical application of evaluating and reforming a teacher recruitment model has raised significant awareness regarding the topic and can easily be applied in a real world situation where new teachers are in high demand. Utilizing guiding principles and ethics becomes the most important ideal in educational development and the involvement of new teachers. These ideals should reflect both a personal and professional approach to learning that is dedicated to selfless service, diversity and the ability to instill important ideas into the students of the school. Acting with integrity requires a submission to those ideals which sometimes requires the individual attempting to do what is more difficult and not as easy.
