¶ … Organization Theory It is the desire of all managers to create an enabling workplace environment where employees are comfortable when completing the assigned tasks. This is possible with the use of various managerial theories like the integral and the organization theories. In management, integral theory as shown in this study promotes the establishment of an inclusive, embracing and non-marginalizing environment through social empowerment of employees. Ideally, it incorporates many perspectives and strategies within a coherent outlook on a certain topic.

It is pertinent to affirm that the integral theory includes mechanisms that draw together existing paradigms in a network and strategies for empowering employees. Significantly, the theory joins insights from different human disciplines of knowledge like sociology, natural sciences, and arts and humanities. Moreover, the integral theory is very comprehensive because it includes all human disciplines (Shafritz, Ott, & Jang, 2015). The frequent use and application of the integral theory through the empowerment of employees and their relation to managers confirms the concrete relationship with the organization theory.

Essentially, the primary goal of the organization theory is to enhance the well-being of an organization by increasing its efficiency. The integral theory gives organizations an effective framework suitable for any context and any scale. Majorly, it is because it integrates all the existing strategies to conduct analysis and take the appropriate action. Besides, the theory allows individuals to collect relevant and essential tools that enhance the well-being of the organization.

It is correct to mention that the integral theory acts as an important gearing force for the success of the organizational theory (Lupton, & Pirson 2014). Moreover, the integral approach can be used as a frame to explain both local and global structures. It is pertinent to mention that the complexity and demands in leadership make it difficult to understand cultures. However, the integral theory offers a lens to understanding both national and global leadership cultures. With the approach, an individual must understand the complexity of both individual and collective considerations.

These are connected to both interior and exterior realms. Through the integral theory, parties identify the evolutionary process that plays an essential role in developing an understanding as well as the ability to lead (Shafritz, Ott, & Jang, 2015). The integral theory has some strengths and weaknesses. Efficiency and generality are among its primary strengths. From an organizational perspective, the theory can be used in any field to facilitate success. As earlier mentioned, the integral approach is vital because it incorporates existing strategies to a network of enriching paradigm.

Therefore, the theory will provide positive results no matter the context of the organization. The theory is also flexible because it can be integrated into any field. Such an attribute has made the integral theory one of the most effective tools for management around the globe. However, it is faced with a major weakness. For instance, the strategy faces serious complexities and challenges. The technique requires relevant experience for the users to achieve the desired success. In fact, it is difficult for young leaders to implement the approaches effectively.

Furthermore, the process has shown some faults in some sector because possibilities of rebellion and stress are high (Lupton, & Pirson 2014). The difference in cultural basis.
