This community satisfaction questionnaire will be issued as a pretest over the telephone anonymously to a small number of people who are randomly selected from a database of residents living within our jurisdiction. No more than 40-50 responses will be necessary for the pretest. Responses to the pretest will indicate any weaknesses in the questions and possibly point out any missing issues. Alternatively, the pretest may be administered to criminal justice professionals in order to better reveal weaknesses in the survey instrument.
