Reflections Mark Williams graduated Business College and found a job at UBP Consulting in a time in which nobody else would hire him. Due to processes of internal reorganizations, the company that had supported his professional formation had become an entity not to the liking of Williams and many of his colleagues. Mark was offered a new job that would grant him more benefits (financial and non-financial). The ethical question relies in whether or not he should take the job and generate negative impacts upon the company that believed in him when no one else would.
