Dark Side of Leadership and the Forces That Aid Its Rise
A good leader is probably one of the most important parts of running a business successfully, or guiding a country through to prosperity. Thus, a good leader will be able to be not only a good manager, but also a creative and impartial judge of where the business is going and how and what he can do to drive the organization in the right direction. A study found that four out of five police officers who resign do so because of poor management ((BBC News 2008). Despite record-high

However, during the little more than 10 years of this research line, contradictory results have been found (Brynjolfsson, Hitt, & Yang, 2002). From the 1970s to 1980s, those companies that invested more in IT suffered a relative setback in the work factor productivity indexes. This paper will discuss the relationship between IT and competitive advantage in following content. We believe that IT is necessary to improve competitive position of
Women and the Union: Struggle for Change Women's rights have enjoyed an increasingly prominent position in society and the workplace since the suffragettes managed to gain the vote for women. Acknowledging the intelligence and power of women as sufficient to allow them voting rights has led to other allowances as well. Throughout the 20th century, this struggle has not been an easy one, but it has been one that has gained
