Data collection and analyses are important processes in research because of their role in determine research findings. The collection of data can simply be described as the process of gathering information in order to capture quality evidence that is in turn used for data analysis. On the other hand, data analysis entails measuring the collected information on variables of interest in order to develop a convincing and reliable answer to the specific research questions.
