This scale would help Jumia to negotiate better deals with suppliers and give it the possibility of offering products at more competitive prices than newcomers in the market. Third, a focus on quality would mean that the products listed on their platform meet high standards. Jumia could implement rigorous quality control measures to build up customer trust, which in turn could lead to repeat purchases and better brand loyalty (Lie et al., 2019). Finally, Jumia could focus on agility and adaptability, observing market trends, swiftly adapting its strategies to capitalize on new opportunities. This could help Jumia to stay relevant and ahead of its competitors.
