Dear Mr. Jones,

There is a growing interest in Park City Lodge and all of the amazing opportunities and amenities that the facility has to offer for large size groups, such as our planned tours of forty members. This upcoming ski season is bound to be an exciting one, and I was hoping that Park City Lodge could serve as the possible location for our upcoming group travel packages.

Fun Games Travel, Inc. is an emerging travel agency that specializes in planning group trips with plenty of exciting activities along the way. Due to the growing demand for travel to the most pristine and engaging ski locations, Fun Games Travel is planning on setting up travel packages to Magic Mountain, one of the best ski grounds in the region. Due to the proximity to the mountain and the great amenities offered at Park City Lodge, we here at Fun Games Travel were interested in speaking to management further regarding...

Beginning in February, the groups will be flown in and will enjoy skiing on the mountain for one of the best weeks of their lives. As such, Fun Games Travel is looking for more information on group rates for our customers. Our lodging needs would require six nights for groups of both single and double rooms, depending on each guest's unique situation. I do understand the traditional rates based on the information posted online on the website, can you work together with Fun Games Travel, Inc. On the price based on the sheer number of people that will be in our group for each of the three trips that we have in the works. Due to the busy nature of the holidays, we respect that the location will probably be extremely busy and we plan on avoiding major holidays for our group trips and scheduling such trips on other dates.
