D. Method for Updating the Communication Plan

There will be a number of times the communication plan will be brought up, reviewed, and edited if needed. This would include the Executive status meetings that occur weekly, and also during periods where any Issue Management Database reports have been filed requesting additional steps or any changes in the communication plan. Any and all changes in the communications plan will be uploaded to all team members on the project via e-mail and again brought up in the weekly status meetings.
