¶ … educational process you need to consider and for which the design document is conceived.

The second relevant element that should be considered, in my opinion, refers to the connection that needs to exist between the templates or the pages that describe the process. The flow of descriptions and explanations from one page to the other and from one element to the other needs to be smooth and self-explanatory in most cases.

The third important element to be considered when developing a content design document is related to the approach to presentation and organization of the slides and different parts of the overall presentation. Following the relevancy of the principle presented previously, that there must be a certain correlation between the parts, otherwise there are no ground rules and the adaptability and applicability principles describes in the first paragraph came again to attention.

Of course, another important element to be considered and which may determine, at least partially, the efficiency of the final outcome, is the clarity of the message transmitted through the document. The document itself needs to be clearly understood by all involved.

These are a few of the elements to be taken into consideration when creating a content design document. Of course, it is relevant to not that practically there is no one way in which this can be developed. Indeed, nobody has laid out the perfect recipe, mainly because there are so many different situations that may occur and, as such, it is best that each individual situation in part be treated in the way required by the given causes.

There is, as such, no right way or wrong way of developing a content design document, there is only the best adapted way. I have to turn again to the applicability principle and emphasize the fact that the efficiency and success of a design document is correlated only to they way it manages to explain a certain situation that may occur.
