Skills I am an outgoing, very social “people person.” Determined, motivated and strong are the words that best describe me. I have great respect for others, work well both in groups and independently, and enjoy taking part in the workplace culture—i.e., promoting the aims of the organization in which I am employed. My philosophy background has enabled me to hone emotional and social intelligence skills, which are great tools for facilitating leadership.
