In this present employment climate where jobs are at a premium, as an employer you want to hire an individual who can add value to your organization at multiple levels. I am that person. I have a wealth of skills and abilities which when deployed will not simply maintain the present state at your company but create added value. The value I can add is both in tangible ways, and in more discrete manners. A critical skill that I possess that will increase the ability of your company to execute projects is that of examining systems and improving them. Many organizations over time have tried and true systems which while successful can be improved. I am able to examine existing systems and collect data on the functioning of those systems. Following the analysis of observational data I can make recommendation for the improvement of those systems. These recommendations come at no extra cost to the company. The company benefits by having an employee do this type of analysis without the need to hire a consultant. The most important benefit however is that when implemented the changes can speed up the functioning of routine tasks and make them more efficient. The increase efficiency means a huge savings to the company. My ability to analyze systems and suggest key improvements will be an enormous asset to your organization.

In addition to my analytical ability I am able to work independently with little supervision. When I am assigned responsibilities I execute. I take my assigned tasks and complete them within time and always under budget. Very often when I am working on assignments I may discover new ways to improve the project. I would discuss these with my supervisor first before execution to avoid and friction within the unit. I am always eager to carry out my assigned responsibilities.

One of the qualities I pride myself in is that of honesty. I am a firm believer that if you are being paid you must give a work that is equal to the pay you receive. There are times I without hesitation go well beyond what is expected or anticipated to have a job accomplished because I understand the need to get the job done. I am a definite stickler for not only doing the job right but also doing the right job. I believe that honesty is an important quality for any employee to have so that your employer can have confidence in you.
