Zuckerberg presents the vision, mission, and ideals of Facebook—as he did before Congress—and “leads the design of Facebook's service and development of its core technology and infrastructure” (Facebook Management, 2018).
His background is in computer science, which he studied at Harvard prior to relocating to Palo Alto to seek start-up funds for Facebook.
