As per any typical business plan, factors to consider include market analysis, organization and management, service and product line, marketing, funding, and financial projections. Thus, there is a need to investigate the size and growth of the local market, the demographic of our target audience, and the competition in the area. We will have to develop the organization and management structure that outlines the roles and responsibilities of staff, as well as how we plan to train and retain them. Additionally, we will need to research and develop a product line that offers potential patients precisely what they are looking for (Keiningham et al., 2020). Finally, we\'ll need to research the necessary funding sources, such as grants or loans, and create financial projections that consider start-up costs and estimated revenue.
