Teaching in high-need schools can be considered a good option for some of the teachers because of other benefits associated with this. For example, some choose this option because of the proximity of the school to their house, which helps them reduce transportation costs and to save important amounts of time. Therefore, this should be considered a great opportunity by teachers that have a vocation in this direction and that are honestly committed to continuously improving their work in class and the impact they have on their students.
