Criminal and Civil Laws Fire fighting departments operate under some civil and criminal laws. In the operations of the fire departments, there are regulations that are supposed to be taken into consideration for purposes of making the operations of the department work well. In this case, the juniors and seniors in the fire operations department have to work withing some conditions so that their service delivery becomes successful. Possibly, conflicts might arise in the process of trying to get the work done.

When conflicts arise, their resolution can only be made up when there is a complement adherence to the laws and regulations (Schroll, 2011). Criminal and civil aspects In the process of conducting a fire-fighting mission, the personnel may encounter various tempting circumstances as they undertake their duties. The first criminal aspect regards the cause of the fire or the circumstances surrounding its occurrence. Ideally, it is important to bring all the perpetrators of the crime to book.

Ideally, it must be ensured that the circumstances surrounding the mess have been booked and recorded well for purposes of the investigation (Schmalleger, 2012). Secondly, on the civil aspect, it is important to ensure that all that surrounds the fire accident has been recorded for purposes of making the work orderly. The civil aspect is that there has to be a good relationship between the agents of the fire-fighting department and the agents in the premise that has been affected by the fire.

This is a cordial way of ensuring that the work follows the right procedure. In this case, the people have in the department had to ensure that they have set mechanisms in place that allow them to carry on their work well (Schmalleger, 2012). The other civil requirement regards the agreement between the society around the premise or institution and facility that has been faced by the fire tragedy or any other tragedy.

This is an agreement that is meant to make the operation smooth and not conflicting to all the stakeholders. All the people have to be consulted when coming up with solutions and intended deliberations so that they have a positive relationship between all the players. This serves as precautionary measure to make sure that there is some conflict when it comes to the resolution of any conflicts that may arise (Schroll, 2011). These laws relate to the civil liberties and negligence in a number of ways.

For instance, it is the civil right of all people in the contract agreements regarding the right to take care of all the procedures regarding dealing with emergencies. The laws of negligence spell out that everyone should take into consideration every aspect of the safety procedures. This is important as it limits the occurrence of accidents in future.
