Five-Year Plan Academic goals Following is the plan that I intend to pursue in coming five years of my academic life. A s currently I am enrolled in Bachelors academic program, I intend to accomplish Master's degree in coming three years. Prior to applying for the postgraduate program, I plan to take up a job in a medium sized organization so as to gain some professional experience. This will aid in the development of practical know how regarding the organizational management field.

Having gained an experience of a year in a management firm, I shall complete my thesis work for the postgraduate degree. Having successfully accomplished postgraduate level of studies, I then plan to pursue doctors in organizational development. Concluding, I intend to achieve highest possible academic degree in the field of organizational management with specific focus on organizational development (OD). Personal goals My personal goals are in consistency with the academic goals that I have chalked out for my future.

I plan to position myself as a research writer in the field of management sciences. For the same reason, I will pursue postgraduate and doctors in management sciences. To successfully accomplish my academic goals, that currently I give precedence over my personal goals, I also plan to lease out a separate apartment since my existing residence is considerably far off the campus. Further, I intend to plan vacations in coming months (during summer) to a hilly destination for a period of three weeks.

This will allow me to have renewed energy to pursue my professional (academic and career related) goals in coming months and years. Family goals During the coming months, I also intend to visit my family that is currently residing in a state different than where I am staying. Further, I also intend to help my father to acquire a home on mortgage in Massachusetts since whole of my family intends to move out in suburbs of Massachusetts after my father's retirement that is year and a half from now.

Further, soon after I am finished with my doctoral dissertation, I will assist my wife in taking up her job (that she quit after our first child). This will help both of us to raise a financially stable family.
