Specifications - allows the delivery of efficient and quality tasks

Quick Reference Docs - allows a quick delivery of information

Gantt Charts - allows proper scheduling of tasks and promotes discipline

Manuals - this is useful because it can answer questions that users may have

Usability Test and Report - eliminates errors (i.e. In UAT of system) and allows the delivery of quality products

Schematic Diagram - this is useful because it delivers information in an organized manner (i.e. schema of system tables)

Bad Formatting Choices

Audience Analysis - this is not useful because its format is usually in general form.

Resumes - sometimes, this is not useful because a reader would sometimes need to read the entire resume before getting the general information.

Memos - the formatting of memos is among my list of least useful formatting because usually the information it contains is in general form.
