The article investigates E-Procurement performance on supply chain management in the county of Elgeyo Marakwet. The research objectives were to establish the impact of e-tendering on the management of supply chain, establish the impact of e-invoicing on supply chain management, and establish the effect of e-payment on the management of supply chain. The researchers studied the theoretical framework, which consists of The Institutional Theory, Socio-Economic Theory, Principal-Agent Theory, and the Theory of Cognitive Dissonance. The descriptive survey design method is used for the collection of data. The authors' authority and their background were not mentioned in writing.

The study applied questionnaires and schedules of interviews for primary data collection. The questionnaire in use was a structured one, with close-ended questions and open-ended ones. It is meant to elicit specific responses for both qualitative and quantitative analysis. Using both types of questions was a strategy to extract as much information as possible. The audience was suitable because various firms use electronic procurement to raise the efficiency of the supply management function and cut down on costs.
