Many of the minorities work under some lucky minority leaders but still they can't say anything under the power of their leaders and always struggling to persuade the majorities to agree with their needs. All laws and rules are written by the majority population but those rules and laws are not acceptable by the minorities but it doesn't matter for the majority group and because of this every year the circumstances get worse. Only a minority leader can commute the situation of America by decreasing the crime level. (Steve Lewis, 2007). However, respect and rights of the minorities should be maintained. It was decided that the power was still with the majority rule but minority rights will be carefully considered as well. For instance, the law and the majority have power to control guns but it was executed for the security of minorities. Another example is abortion, women of the minorities were given the rights and to feel free in the choice of an abortion. Both of groups can work by compromising with each other, it was impossible to maintain peace without the efficiency made by the government. (Brandi Davison, 2006).
