Gym Center Setup
Stretch Mats, Programs, Jump Ropes, Grocery Store, Food Court, Supplements, and Towel Policy
The facility will maintain a sufficient number of stretch mats and jump ropes to accommodate multiple classes (aerobics, yoga, etc.) ongoing simultaneously. They will be stored in the appropriate areas to facilitate easy member access and use. Signs will be posted requiring all members using the gym areas to carry a clean towel and wipe down any equipment immediately after use. A protein and juice bar will be situated in an appropriate area for maximum exposure and access; it will provide standard pre-workout and post-workout beverages as well as a variety of fruit and protein-based shakes prepared on request. A menu and price list will be prominently displayed. Members will be prohibited from consuming foods in the juice bar area if they were not purchased at the bar.

The facility will feature a variety of exercise classes led by certified instructors and the class schedule will continually be adjusted to reflect demand. Personal training packages will be sold by sales consultants or managers in the personal training department. If there is sufficient need and demand, the facility will also provide classes designed for older adults.
Weight Room Etiquette
Signs will be clearly posted requiring members using the gym areas to:
Replace their weights and all other equipment;
Exercise safety by utilizing weight collars and spotters at all times;
Remain mindful of the rights and sensibilities of other members;
Allow others to work-in on request whenever appropriate and practicable;
Wipe down all benches and other equipment after use; and Avoid excessive grunting or screaming while working out.
