¶ … workplace has probably worked with a difficult person. I remember a specific experience I had while I was a clerk in a DVD store. We had a very specific schedule, since we were paid per hour. There was one other employee whose shifts often followed mine. He was frequently late, which meant that I had to remain at my post until he arrived. No amount of talking fixed the situation. Ultimately, I simply addressed the issue with my manager. The person was placed under supervision, and when it was found that my claims were true, his service was terminated.

I will never forget the first time I traveled to Orlando, Florida to visit Disney World. The flight was amazing, and I could not believe that a heavy machine such as an airplane could stay in the air for any length of time, much less for the whole way to Florida. We did stay in the air successfully, and arrived in Florida successfully.

The atmosphere was the first thing that struck me. The air was thick with the moisture that seemed to coat everything. The heat was as heavy as the air that surrounded us. It was a good heat, however, and the sense of being on holiday enhanced the feeling of joy.

Another thing I noticed was how everything looked built and planted to please the eye. On our way to the hotel, even the streets seemed created to merge with the landscape for a sense of beauty and fantasy. Everything that grew was an intense, dark green.
