If you have yet to eat in a casino -- trust me as one who eats in one several times a week -- you are truly missing out on a fantastic culinary experience. After dinner, most casinos have bars and nightclubs to entertain you. This fits it with the theme of being a multi-purpose entertainment center. In some venues, sports bars are popular. They give gamblers and non-gamblers alike a means to escape the craziness of the floor. Sports bars provide a casual meeting point for people and a venue to relax after a hard day's vacationing, not to mention a place to watch the games on which they have placed a wager. Nightclubs allow guests to blow off steam. The clubs offer a wide range of music and entertainment options, and provide an additional drinking venue as well.

Today's casino visitor can relax at the sports bar after a day of shopping before enjoying a world class dinner, and then spend the evening at a show or nightclub. Casinos have evolved to a point where gambling is almost secondary to the wide range of other activities. The customers and the people in the industry that I talk to are absolutely ecstatic at the fantastic entertainment value that today's casinos offer their customers. If you are skeptical, don't be. Casinos are well-managed operations and they have taken great strides to provide the finest in entertainment, bars, nightclubs, shopping and dining options. So even if you do not want to gamble, you can have an amazing time at just about any casino. I encourage you to visit a casino today and see for yourself.

Heard the Learned Astronomer Walt Whitman's poems draw upon many aspects of the natural world. Whitman as a poet is obsessed with the beauty of the natural scenery and also the beauty of the body. Wanna Hear a Poem I agree with you that Steve Coleman's piece "I Wanna Hear A Poem" would be an excellent choice of a first poem to study in an introductory poetry class, given the way that it frames all of the many weighty and sometimes contradictory expectations teachers and students bring to poetry. Questions which inevitably arise in a class when students begin to discuss poetry are: what is
