High Performing Team Here I would like to highlight some of the main qualities that are required in the best performance teams. I would like to add here that I want to be a pharmacist in the future. In the past, when I had free time, I worked in a sushi restaurant. I was serving in that restaurant as a server or a waiter and I learned a number of things there.

Here it is important that the pharmacists can work as a team and there are certain groups of qualities that are required in the pharmacists being a member of the team to make the best and high performance team.
Firstly, being a member of the team, there must be clear vision and aims that can help in planning in the future. Secondly, very team member must be aware of the agenda and the ideas that the other members have based on which basis of mutual cooperation can be made. Here it is important that the agenda that the team has must be known so that the agenda must become the main aim of the team.
