High Performing Team Here I would like to highlight some of the main qualities that are required in the best performance teams. I would like to add here that I want to be a pharmacist in the future. In the past, when I had free time, I worked in a sushi restaurant. I was serving in that restaurant as a server or a waiter and I learned a number of things there. I mentioned here that I want to be a pharmacist in the future.

One of the main jobs of pharmacists is to make sure that the best of the medicines are provided to the healthcare professionals where they are also briefed about the best ways to use the medicines facing the minimal side effects. Thereby being a pharmacist, one of the main responsibilities is to make sure that the safest and most effective medicines are provided to the healthcare providers. In these cases, the pharmacists are also responsible to provide referrals to the healthcare professionals as well.

Here it is important that the pharmacists can work as a team and there are certain groups of qualities that are required in the pharmacists being a member of the team to make the best and high performance team. Firstly, being a member of the team, there must be clear vision and aims that can help in planning in the future. Secondly, very team member must be aware of the agenda and the ideas that the other members have based on which basis of mutual cooperation can be made.

Here it is important that the agenda that the team has must be known so that the agenda must become the main aim of the team. In the case of the team of aimed pharmacists, it is important that the pharmacists must be aware of the aim that they have that includes providing best quality medicine to the healthcare professionals and to the patients. The high performing team is always aware of the steps that are to be taken in the future to achieve the aims and goals.

It is important that complete understanding between team members must be developed so that the best of results can be achieved. Listening and active communication is one of the most important characteristics of a high performing team. Actively communicating with the members can help on learning the ideas that they have about the strategy being followed. It is important that the commitments made in relation to the aim and agenda of the team is properly followed.

Here it is important to highlight that the teams that do not follow the commitments are the ones that fail in the longer run. The leader of the teams must make sure that they are approachable and the leaders must communicate with the team in a way that makes them feel regarded and noticed for their performance and activities. It has been seen that the best performing teams are those that are increasingly ponder over the strategies that are being used and look ahead.

Members on an individual level should be aware of the changes that may be needed in the strategies.
