I intend to validate the organizational vision, mission, and values statements by incorporating teamwork. The company follows the ethics of teamwork in order to maintain productivity include teamwork on a daily basis, which encourages them to provide safe and secure places for international students. The first process involves working together as one. This is important in order to ensure productivity along with new ideas for companies. This is because a team will create a concept that suits the diverse needs of the company by providing products to a broad customer base. The second process is the design of groups. This is important so that the team will know exactly what to do. However, in working in groups may seem challenging because there are so many different personalities working together as one. Even though this is true, people want to belong to groups in order to be a part of something to avoid being ostracized. From a Theoretical Standpoint, social support from others is critical to psychological and physiological well being. This company makes international students that are a part of their team.

Internal environment

In order to validate the organizational vision, mission, and values statements by incorporating teamwork, I will implement group decision making in the internal environment analysis. In group decision making, group thinking is a part of the decision making process. (problem-solving and decision-making, 2010). Group thinking calls for the tendency of group members to conform to the consensus viewpoint in group decision making. For example, instead of one person making the decision, it would benefit the group if everybody in the group would express their ideas until they come up with one idea together. Group thinking requires conformity so that it focus on the interpersonal transaction between group members. Leaders of the group are seen as part of the group decision making process by having a quality interaction between themselves and followers. The company does not want to be lacking in group thinking and conformity because the projects would not get done in time. In order to be an effective company, they need to conform as one so that productivity can be increased to make high profits. Therefore, teams work well together and can make the best decisions as they are describe in the following example

"As a team, understanding decision-making models so that the team can make the best decision is valuable. The "best decision" is described as a decision that (1) would not have been thought of by an individual alone, (2) is a sound solution to the problem, (3) is a decision based upon input, as unbiased as possible, from each team member, and (4) addresses the team's goal for the decision-making process" (Methods for Decision Making, 2012).
