Before the year 1920, most Americans used to walk as well as use horses as a mode of transportation. The invention of Model T. By Henry Ford drastically changed the lives of many Americans. The car became immensely popular in America as many Americans were now in a position to own one. Many Americans bought the car because both the rich and the poor were in a position to afford a car. The Model T. enhanced people's lives because families became more united and improved the working conditions of many individuals.

How the Model T. changed the lives of common Americans

Families became united in that families would often go for trips together. This was different from the past because families were not able to visit each other as they did not have cars. The situation forced them to ride in trains and other mode of transport, which were mostly inaccessible. Parents could now drive to work as families visited friends and family living far away from them in the model car. The car was efficient for most families in that it was large and at the same time small enough for an individual to maintain and drive the model T. This means that most families member could travel together hence unifying them. In the past, it was challenging a family to travel often together as it was expensive. The invention of the car transformed the transportation sector. Eventually, the Model T. enhanced people's lives by creating the car for families as it encouraged unity in the family.

Model T. was instrumental in improving the working conditions. This is because workers no longer had to live near their working places, instead they lived some distance fro their job, s and they still arrived in their work places early. This brought a change, as it was not a requirement for a worker to live close to their working places. This is because they could easily drive to work in their cars. The transformation gave workers a choice to choose where they felt comfortable living. It would be helpful in both their personal lives and working environment. Henry Ford helped in placing the world on wheels as well as improving the living standards of many thousands of employees. This shows that Model T. enhanced working conditions as many workers were assisted, therefore, raising their living standards.

The car made their life better as many people enjoyed the invention of the car. Farmers used the car as tractors as well as powering farm machinery like water pumps together with wood saws. Many cars were used as trucks to and other services in the farm. The Model T. was efficient to farmers as well as enhanced working conditions as they used the cars as tractors and trucks to assist them in their fieldwork and farms. Prior to the invention of the cars, they were forced to perform all the farm activities by hand. Later, the farmers used the car hence hastening the farm activities as well as helping them work efficiently.
