I can teach “pepper” to access our online database and memorise the details of all the travel plans we offer and the fact that he is connected to the internet can allow customers to view the ratings of travel destinations, hotels, packages etc. as well as see what our customers have commented on our services. This will allow me to focus all of my energy on customers who want to commit to a travel plan as opposed to just explore options.

The tablet attached to “pepper” can be used as an appropriate method to exhibit majority information to the customers. The tablet can act as a visual display to the information that “pepper” is providing to the customers which means the customer will not have to look elsewhere for additional input and can interact with the robot to attain answers to all queries that they might have. This use-case will be an appropriate method to attain to primary objective of providing potential but non-committing customers with details of all our travel plans.
